Data Assistant
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a young, trainable specialist who enjoys working with data, SQL databases, tables, reports, structure and analysis.
You DON'T have to be a "ready pro."
We will train you, prompt you, and give you tasks gradually.
Responsibilities:
- Working with internal databases (at the level of basic SQL queries).
- Collection, structuring and analysis of data from different divisions of the holding.
- Support for internal projects related to accounting and analytics automation.
- Preparation of reports, tables, uploads, visualizations.
- Assistance in improving processes and detecting errors in data.
- Communication with several internal teams.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SQL or a desire to master it quickly.
- An interest in numbers, data, logic, and structure.
- Willingness to learn new tools.
- Neatness and attentiveness.
- Turkmen and English are desirable.
- Age: young energy (up to ~30), but not critical.
That would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience working with any data analysis software.
- Understanding basic financial terms (optional, we will teach you)
Personal qualities:
- Awareness.
- Normal character without toxicity.
- Ease of communication and a sense of humor.
- High energy, desire to develop.
- The ability to learn new things quickly.
- Politeness, neatness, clean speech.
- The ability to multitask without panicking.
- The ability to win over a person.
- Flexibility and savvy (looking for solutions, not problems).
- EQ and IQ are above average.
