График работы: shift schedule 10:00-19:00 or 14:30-23:00

Responsibilities:

  • The business Customer service operator is responsible for interacting with the company's corporate clients, usually by phone or email.
  • Solving customer issues, providing information, and helping to choose a product or service.
  • Registration of applications, registration of data in the CRM system
  • Solving problems and selling additional services or products

Requirements:

  • Work experience in a call center or customer service area (preferably).
  • Excellent communication skills, competent written and oral speech
  • The ability to learn quickly and work with a large amount of information
  • A confident PC user, knowledge of office software and CRM systems
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, stress tolerance.
