Responsibilities:
- The business Customer service operator is responsible for interacting with the company's corporate clients, usually by phone or email.
- Solving customer issues, providing information, and helping to choose a product or service.
- Registration of applications, registration of data in the CRM system
- Solving problems and selling additional services or products
Requirements:
- Work experience in a call center or customer service area (preferably).
- Excellent communication skills, competent written and oral speech
- The ability to learn quickly and work with a large amount of information
- A confident PC user, knowledge of office software and CRM systems
- Responsibility, attentiveness, stress tolerance.
